A few years ago, I was diagnosed with stomach lining dysplasia—caused by long-term NSAID use for my herniated disc.
I lived with chronic gut pain, a shrinking list of “safe” foods, and a growing fear that anything I ate might trigger another flare.

Even the so-called healthy options didn’t work.

I’m not a nutritionist.
I’m a lifelong teacher, researcher, and educational leader.
When medicine didn’t offer me real solutions, I did what I’ve always done:
I studied. I experimented.
